The upcoming 3 weeks there will be server maintenances until:

where also the IT infrastructure of ESN Graz will be affected. During that period of time it could be possible that several functions on our website and services will fail. You also may experience interruption of website availability. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause!

During this period some failures can be expected any times. Don't freak out, relax - please simply try again later! :)

• first service effected are HTU accounts (so currently only applies to TU team) as a needed server upgrade must be done asap
   
• all TU email addresses may temporarily fail. However if sending servers are correctly configured the email simply will arrive with a delay (could be a few hours in worst case scenario)
   
• all our services (especially the website) may be down for 1 hour - therefore retry 1 hour later (an outage will be longer only if unexpected circumstances arise)
   
• no data loss is expected on any service (we run our own backup for the website)
