We´re not only going to see the capital city of Slovenia to get your visa but we will also go to the famous Lake Bled!
You already have a visa or just want to join the first trip of the semester for fun? No problem, you can still join us and explore the country with us!

Our program:

We will visit the biggest city of Slovenia on the 26th of September (Thursday). While some will need to go the embassy to get their visa, the rest of the group will go directly to the hostel. After that, you will have free time to explore the city by yourself or tag along with the organizers. We will make sure to have some recommendations about sights for you!

On Thursday night, ESN Ljubljana invited us to join their welcome party and get to know their incoming students from all over the world. 

On the 27th of September (Friday), we will pick up the visas and head to Lake Bled. Before checking out of the hostel in the morning, make sure to head out and grab some breakfast. 

At lake Bled, we will have some time to explore the lake, take a walk around and get some scenic pictures to send home to your loved ones. After that, we will return to Graz. 

HARD FACTS:

WHEN: 26th of September (Thursday) till the 27th of September (Friday)

MEETING POINT: 6:15 a.m. (06:15) at Franz-Graf-Allee (next to the Opera House)

APPROX. RETURN: 6:00 p.m. (18:00) on Friday 27th of September (possibly even earlier)

COSTS:
        •       45 Euros with ESNcard
        •       55 Euros without ESNcard
        •       (+ add. 5 Euros cash deposit)
        •       in CASH, paid at the office hour!

WHAT´S INCLUDED:

        •       Transport by bus to Ljubljana, Lake Bled and back to Graz 
        •       One night at a nice hostel in Ljubljana (breakfast not included)
        •       Welcome Party with ESN Ljubljana

WHAT TO BRING:
        •       All documents for the visa (check out the official website of the embassy Make sure to bring the original AND a copy of all documents, this is required by the consulate. Also the picture must be in COLOR). All necessary documents need to be printed and filled out by the time the trip starts, so we do not cause any delay to the consulate when arriving
        •       Passport/EU ID and, if applicable, Residence Permit (needed by VISA applicants)
        •       Clothes for two days, also be prepared for rain/party
        •       A towel
        •       GOOD MOOD!
To make sure we don´t have any problems when crossing the border, PLEASE TAKE YOUR PASSPORT/EU ID WITH YOU!

SIGN-UP: During the office hours on the 13th of Sept. (Friday), 17th of Sept. (Tuesday), 18th of Sept. (Wednesday), and 20th of Sept. (Friday) - please bring the money in CASH!

Your ESNcard (to get the discount) can be purchased anytime during our office hours.
(Keep in mind: Due to high demand it is very likely that this trip will be sold out quickly. If you NEED THE VISA, please text us on our Instagram channel @esngraz with your full name and the date when you will come to sign up, so we can reserve a spot for you. Reservation of spots is generally not practiced, however, we can make an exception for VISA applicants in this case.)
