You wrote us an email and didn't get an answer? Well if you have a hotmail, live or msn address your email provider is still blocking our emails. That means we can not send you an email (answer or newsletter) to any hotmail, live or msn address! You must contact us with an alternative email address or else you will not get an answer. We can not change this and we don't know how long this will still be the case (we'll update the news when it works again). Again, this is not our fault but your providers policy which we can't change.
