Do you still need a visa for Austria? Yes? Then come with us to the Austrian Embassy in Ljubljana. We´re not only going to see the capital city of Slovenia to get your visa but we will also go to Postojna Cave - the second largest visitable cave in the WORLD!

You already have a visa or just want to join the first trip of the semester for fun? No problem, you can still join us and explore the country with us!

We will visit the biggest city of Slovenia on the 29th of February (Thursday). While some will need to visit the embassy to get their visa, the rest of the group will go directly to the hostel. After that, you will have free time to explore the city by yourself or tag along with the organisers. We will make sure to have some recommendations about sights and available restaurants for you! 

On the 1st of March (Friday), we will pick up the visas and head to the Postojna Cave. We will have a guided tour through the huge cave which takes about 1,5 hours. Afterwards, you will get some lunch there which is included. After that, we will return to Graz. 

HARD FACTS: 

WHEN: 29th of February (Thursday) till the 1st of March (Friday) 

MEETING POINT: 6 a.m. (06:00) at Franz-Graf-Allee (next to the Opera House) 

COSTS: 

• 60 Euros with ESNcard 
• 80 Euros without ESNcard 

in CASH, paid at the office hour!

WHAT´S INCLUDED: 

• Transport by bus to Ljubljana, the Postojna Cave and back to Graz
• One night at a nice hostel in Ljubljana (breakfast included) 
• Guided visit of the Postojna Cave 

WHAT TO BRING: 

• All documents for the visa (check out the official website of the embassy - make sure to bring the original AND a copy of all documents, this is required by the consulate. Also the picture must be in COLOR) 
• Passport and, if applicable, Residence Permit
• Clothes for two days, also be prepared for rain
• A towel 
• GOOD MOOD! 

To make sure we don´t have any problems when crossing the border, PLEASE TAKE YOUR PASSPORT WITH YOU! 

SIGN-UP: During the office hours on the 21st of February (Wednesday), 23rd (Friday) and 27th (Tuesday), please bring the money in CASH!
