ESN Austria Summer Event 30.5.2008 - 1.6.2008

This is a nation wide event where students from all ESN sections can take part. Therefore you will meet quite a lot of new people there (up to 135 students will be there!). But this also means the number of places are limited. The event is organised by ESN Austria. We will organise the transport to get there.
Take a look at the program (the graphic) and read below for payment details!

Meetingpoint for departure:: Rechbauerstr 12 in front of the TU Graz (Alte Technik) at 13:45.

Last minute registration: write an email to international@htu.tugraz.at and wait for a confirmation email with instructions to follow!

Program (as known yet);

• Wine tasting
• Party boat trip with barbecue
• Guided tour through castle Esterhazy (Eisenstadt)
• visit of Rust and Purbach
• party in the evening
• Eurodinner

Accomodation: youth hostel

Places: There are about 10 places available for Graz. (If many people are interested and you sign up early we might get more places!). We will also keep a waiting list (in case someone cancels his/her participation) .
Costs: including accommodation, all entry fees, wine tasting, boat trip, drinks in the evening, breakfast (2x) and dinner (2x), travel costs included! (Not included: additional drinks outside our parties, lunch)

• with ESN card: 105 Euro plus 10 Euro deposit*
• without ESN card: 110 Euro plus 10 Euro deposit*

* You get the 10 Euro deposit back when there were no damages caused by any of the students during the event
Depending on the number of people joining the trip the travel costs may be lower! You probably will get 3 Euro back

Sign up deadline for sign up with advance payment: 4.4.2008
Sign up after 4.4.2008: You have to pay the full price when signing up. Sign up is possible till 29.4.2008 but only if there are still places available which is very unsure! Also during the Easter holidays there will be hardly any office hours

Sign up is possible only during the office hours:
Tuesday from 18:30-20:00 at the ESN KF office, Schubertstr. 6a, first floor (ÖH building in the yard behind the mensa)
Friday from 12:00-13:30 at the ESN KF office, Schubertstr. 6a, first floor (ÖH building in the yard behind the mensa)

Important sign up details (Payment!):

1. All payment details can be found in the following conditions. When signing up you have to agree to the Travel and Payment Conditions (here also in German ) of the organisers (ESN WU Wien and ESN TU Graz). Especially note the cancellation fees!
2. Sign up is only possible personally. You must do it yourself as you have to accept the terms with your signature (so you can't sign up for a friend unless you bring a signed print out of the above conditions from him/her!).
3. When signing up you have to pay at least 60 Euro as advance payment (or the full amount which is preferred). Payment of the rest must be done till 29.4.2008. If you don't pay till then someone else from the waiting list will get your place if he/she pays before you!
4. Full payment till 29.4.2008 or someone else might get your place.
5. There will be also an waiting list if someone cancels his/her participation. Note that you might get an offer even very shortly before the event (1-2 days). If you are on the waiting list you can come to the office on 29.4.2008 (right before the office hours ends) to see if someone didn't pay till then and you will get this place then.
