  • Sim-card problems: SMS to expensive?

    If you think you don't get the special offer and pay to much for an SMS please check the following: The problem may be that you have SMS receipts activated (which tell you when the message was delivered). These receipts are not free! So if you have them activated you will be charged an additional service fee. Turn them off in your phone settings.

    is being cancelled/postponed due to bad weather.

    During the summer holidays there are no regular office hours. Please mail us in case you need assistance or have questions. There will be a few office hours in September. Place and time will be announced in the newsletter and on this website. Starting with October the regular office hours take place again.
