  • Alarmed by siren? It's only a nationwide test on October 1st

    Don't be worried if you hear the alarm siren on October 1st between 12:00 and 12:45. It's only the nationwide test to check that the system is properly working. But it's a good idea to learn the meaning of the signals. Read more at the city-page here (The sign explains it in German, English, French, Turkish and Russian).

  • Forgot your password? Do not ask for it - we cannot tell it

    So you registered in a hurry and forgot your password? Well that can happen but there is no point in asking us. We do not know your password. Only phishers ask for login credentials. But the good news is - you just need to remember you email address used for the registration and you can request a replacement login yourself - and then you should set a new password for your account.
