Provides a list of incoming exchange students (if announced by university)*. Within that list it's much easier and less fault-prone to issue ESNcards to those people.

*) The list from university must be sorted out before importing the data to our online system, so that it just contains exchange students! Universities often wants ESN to support all (or at least all international) students, which we of course do - everyone is welcome, BUT: just exchange students, active buddies and active team members are eligible to get an ESNcard!

Note that not all of the students may really come to Graz. Not everyone from the team is granted access to this list as the students have not actively registered with ESN by themselves. Therefore not everyone from the team is allowed to gain access to this personal information. E.g. for the TU Graz you must be an active member of the department responsible for exchange students at HTU Graz, so at least a "Sachbearbeiter (SB)".

Functions within this module
 

• List incoming exchange students (which should come to Graz)
   
• Add an additional incoming student to the list (if missing on the originally imported list)
   
• Edit personal data of student on the list (especially email addresses still could be faulty, although the lists come from universities and students should already have been reachable for them)
   
• Issue ESNcard for a person (saves typing complete names, but still check if all information is correct, especially the email address! Maybe it also needs to be checked, if the person is eligible to get the ESNcard, depending which people the list contains!)
   
• View ESNcards of the student
   

As with every list view it is possible to sort the list by clicking on a title in the blue list header.
