Mauthausen

Date:
Sun, 2024-06-09 06:45 - 19:00

From 1938 to 1945, the Mauthausen Concentration Camp was the central site of political, social and racial persecution by the NS regime on the Austrian territory. Together, we are going to visit the Mauthausen Memorial to learn about this tragic part of Austrian history and to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust.

After a historical introduction and a guided tour through the area of the former concentration camp, we will be leaving Mauthausen.

On our way back home, we will make a stop in Enns, where you will have time to grab food or just explore the city on your own.
