During your time in ESN Graz or within the department responsible for exchange students sooner or later you will need references from the following collection (will be updated regularly and does NOT include our ESN tools on this website):

• ESN Galaxy
  This is THE ESN account in the whole network, also links to a lot of further internal services like Webshop, Livestream, international Wiki, (inter)national event registration, ... (access with your ESN Galaxy account!)
   
• ESN Austria Wiki
  Information about the ESN structure in Austria, documents for national events and meetings, guide lines,... (access with your ESN Galaxy account!)
   
• Cloud (Google Drive)
  Our temporary solution on the local level in Graz until we have a better cloud and wiki system with right management! Here you will find a lot of guide lines, documentations and documents necessary for the work in ESN Graz (access will be handed over after you are accepted as a team member!).
  [ Might be replaced by the HTU Cloud, a nextcloud system, which we are testing at the moment, still not officially rolled out to the whole ESN team! ]
   
• Account from students' union (HTU/ÖH)
  For all members of the Department for Exchange Students at HTU Graz (= ESN TU Graz, but not limited to that) we have the so-called HTU Account. For all members of the Department for International Affairs at ÖH Uni Graz (= mostly members from ESN Uni Graz, but also not limited to that) there is also the opportunity to get an ÖH account. (Access will be handed over during your acceptance as a team member and/or in consultation with the actual Head of Dept. = Referent).

  o) Guarants access to PCs in our office at HTU Graz respectively ÖH Uni Graz
      (for both HTU Graz PCs in the secretary's office there also exists a guest account not having access to internal data, but to the web browser: username - "Gast", password could be found in our physical office hour documents),
  o) and provides you an email address (HTU mail, ÖH mail), which we are working with (an email address is required for Slack).
  o) Software and associated licenses are also offered via VPN for internal work in combination with the HTU account (e.g. Adobe InDesign).
  o) Further HTU allows access to an internal Cloud, internal chat, info screen, etherpad, github, Typo3 (HTU forms, membership in appropriate HAM group), etc.
      [ HTU accounts for non-HTU/non-TU Graz members are planned. ] Please respect the HTU Account Policy.

  HTU provides further technical help (German only), equally the IT administration from ÖH Uni Graz (German only).

• HTU Rental System
  Inventory from HTU Graz can also be used for our events - and could be borrowed for free. Also carrier bicycles are available (access with your HTU account or as external person - rental as a TU team member of ESN Graz is suggested, because it's much easier to get the stuff, but not limited to that).

  Online graphics solution we use in ESN Graz - all creative stuff in editable versions should be available (access in consultation with the ESN Graz board).
   
• ESNcard.org
  Main platform for all advantages with the ESNcard - locally, nationally and internationally (account with your unique ESNcard number possible)
   
• ESN International
  International projects and information, that has affect on every ESN section, like Who can get the ESNcard? (no account needed)
   
• ESN Austria
  Umbrella organisation in Austria (nevertheless a separate association) - information from the national side (no account needed)
   
• Department responsible for exchange students at students' union
  For work in our departments at the HTU Graz as well as at ÖH Uni Graz you might need some forms and further help, which could be found here (HTU Graz) and here (ÖH Uni Graz). There is also the so-called ÖHandbuch, where a lot of information is provided, how the whole organisation works (access with your HTU account).
   
• International Office - Welcome Center
  Each university has its own official department for international relations and administrative organisation of studying internationally - also for regular international students or internships. At the end of the following site you will find a list for each university's international office (German version here).
   
• ESN Graz on Facebook
  Additionally to our website, this is our public appearance on this social media platform, where we also advertise events (no account needed for viewing).
   
• ESN Graz on Instagram
  Additionally to our photo gallery, this is our public appearance on this social media platform (sadly an Instagram account is needed to view all the content time unlimited).
   
• Finances
  This workshop is aimed at the whole team, tries to build up an understanding of the financial structure at ESN Graz - and is NOT to be understood as a treasurer introduction. This knowledge is not required for an active membership in ESN Graz, but recommended to understand quite a few topics in the board much better. As a supplement, questions may be directed towards the treasurer ;)
  Language: very Austrian / status: Nov. 2019 (except for the name of our department at the students' union probably still valid for a long time)

  ESN Graz is supporting other organisations under specified rules (IMPORTANT: as the students' union is not allowed to donate, it always must be named 'support'). More details why and how you will find in a description of internal principles for outgoing financial support (German only) and in the fundraising information (used for the Charity Pub Quiz publication). A public overview is also planned.
