Escape to Schöckl, our local mountain near Graz, for a relaxed weekend getaway! Here’s what you can look forward to:

Get ready for a laid back weekend as we stay together in a charming old farmhouse at the base of the mountain.

Saturday Highlights:

We’ll start with an easygoing hike up Schöckl, enjoying breathtaking views along the way. At the summit, we’ll have a picnic (bring your own food) and spend the afternoon soaking in the scenery. Later, we’ll gather to cook simple Styrian dishes togeather.

What’s included:

• One night’s stay in the villa (room assignments on arrival)
• Saturday dinner and Sunday breakfast
• Stunning mountain views

For Saturday’s picnic, please bring your own food, and feel free to bring board or card games for some evening fun!

HARD FACTS:

When: November 2nd - November 3rd, 2024. The hike starts at 11 am on Saturday from the villa.

Where: Kinderlandvilla Richard Zach, Kurweg 22, 8061 St. Radegund bei Graz.

Costs:

•     With ESN card: €20
•     Without ESN card: €30

What to bring:

• Sleeping bag or sheets
• Sturdy hiking boots
• Picnic food for the summit
• Your own drinks (we won't provide alcohol)
• Weather Appropriate Clothing
• Card/Board Games (optional)

Getting there:

Take bus 250 from Jakominiplatz to the “St. Radegund Reha-Klinik” stop, then a short walk to the villa. If driving, let us know in advance as parking is limited.

In case of rain, we’ll adjust the schedule accordingly.
